Identify Critical Success Factors

The third step of the process delivers a blueprint for your house on the hill.  In this stage you and your team / family identify ways to address each and every obstacle uncovered in the previous step.  The SuccessStrategies™ process will ensure that not only are critical success factors identified but the specific objectives of your transition are upheld.  We typically find that four to six strategies not only address all the obstacles but also trim the transition project to a manageable size.
